The Horticulture Exporters Association of Rwanda (HEAR), based in Kigali and operating across Rwanda's fertile agricultural regions, is dedicated to transforming the horticultural landscape. Established in 2010 HEAR has become a pivotal organization in promoting Rwanda’s horticultural products on a global scale.
